While organizations may use slightly different statuses, here are the key statuses to know:

BOOKED |
A new order that will not be produced unless you SUBMIT FILES and supply materials and instructions. |

MATERIALS IN / MATERIALS RVW |
An ad goes to this status once materials have been supplied via ATOL. |
|
IN PROGRESS / INCOMPLETE / AT STUDIO |
An ad that has been started. |
|
IN USE |
An ad that is actively being worked on. |
|
HOLD / PROOF HOLD / SALES QUERY |
An ad with an issue causing a production stop. It will not resume until a user performs RESOLVE HOLD on ATOL. |
|
PROOF OUT |
An ad with a proof available for review. It will not publish unless it is APPROVED. |
|
CORRECTIONS / CORRECTIONS RVW |
An ad goes to this status once corrections have been requested via ATOL. |
|
KILL |
An ad in KILL status will not be produced. This is typically sent from the Order Entry System. |
|
DONE / COMPLETE |
An ad in this status has been sent to layout and scheduling and is considered DONE. |
